Natalie took care of when/what/how and any worries or doubts I had, freeing up my mental energy so that I could focus on what ultimately makes the difference - consistent training. Her feedback on my training videos as well as support and encouragement were invaluable. I now have my handstand! It was a pleasure working with her.

The New mind body literacy – Handstand library classes
Natalie Reckert’s friendly, intelligent style of teaching makes working on handstands seem simpler. And the video lessons are presented with lots of specifics, in an easy to understand way that is logical. I also liked the text graphics that summarized key points, and also really found it helpful the way she offered progressions and regressions for each skill in a way that helps build up to the larger skill being worked on. Natalie breaks things down into bite sized chunks and throughout presents the information so that it makes for a realistic plan. Don’t let her grace and plain talking fool you, anyone with experience in the movement world can see that Natalie’s ability puts her in the top 1% of movement professionals in the world, especially when it comes to hand balancing.
Till – In 7 Wochen zum Handstand
Mit diesem Videokurs mache ich zum ersten mal ein strukturiertes Krafttraining... Und es fühlt sich sofort gut an. Ich hatte danach nie ernsthaft Muskelkater, aber ich fühl mich schon nach 3 Mal als wäre ich 2 cm. breiter... haha.. und bis auf die Waden spricht das Training den ganzen Körper gut an...
Die erste Stunde der neuen Folge ist immer bisi tough... es gibt auch manchmal Stellen, wo die Anweisungen plötzlich mehr Zug drin haben.. Doch spätestens nach dem 3. mal kenne ich die Abläufe dann schon und kann mein Timing leicht variieren.. Eine Übung schon beginnen, während sie noch erklärt wird, zBsp.
Timing: Ich rechne mit sicher 2 Std. - Aufwärmen, Training, Ausdehenen und Duschen.. Die Herausforderung war vor allem einen Zeitraum von rund 8 Wochen zu finden, wo ich mir täglich diese Zeit nehmen konnte... Aber das geht und tut sehr gut!

So today was the first day of the 7 week course after I did the preparation for handstand course (after the 30 day couch to handstand course). I could do about 90 % of the exercises. And I'm glad I did the preparation course before! This is way more challenging, though. But it does feel really good! I hope I won't be too sore tomorrow for the next day... All in all this is just such a wonderful way for me to stay fit during a pandemic with the added goal of a handstand! (And I do miss the "excellent" and "Well done" from the other courses a bit...) Thank you so much for making these courses!
