I am Natalie: I am a professional handbalancer and a handstand coach.

I help you achieve your handstand goals, improve mobility and strength and cope with the mental challenges of training.

I am committed to physical challenges as well as affirmative teaching methods. That means that I will help you to work hard, embrace the beauty of small steps and find a positive dialogue with yourself in the sometimes frustrating terrain of handbalancing.

Why my Courses


My online coaching is a custom-made training program to help you achieve your goals.

In order to progress in your handstand training you need to also develop your flexibility, your strength and your mobility. That is why my online coaching plans are always designed to be a full body workout.


My handstand workshops and seminars are for everyone who would like to learn to do a handstand or improve their skills.

My participants have various backgrounds, some are circus artists, cross fitters, acro-yogis or people who just enjoy practising acrobatics in their free time.
