01. August 2026 | Handstand Workshop in Wasserburg (Bodensee) | Anfänger

This workshop will be split in to two classes: beginners and intermediate/advanced

Beginners Class will run from 10:30 to 13:00 and focus on preparatory exercises and drills before looking at handstand technique alignment and kick-ups. There will also be elements of flexibility and conditioning.

Intermediate/Advanced Class will run from 14:30 to 18:00. It is recommended that you can hold a straight handstand for 20 seconds and a straddle/starshape handstand. There will be a focus on different handstand shapes, entries and exits, press to handstand and one arm handstands.
My handstand workshops are for everyone who would like to learn to do a handstand or improve their skills.
My participants have various backgrounds, some are circus artists, cross fitters, acro-yogis or people who just enjoy practising acrobatics in their free time.
