0-10 Push Ups in 3 weeks

Hello and welcome to day one of my get-strong challenge, Here is 0-10 Push Ups for you. Push ups are really hard but they don’t have to be. Key is to build the strength over time and start of with small movements and many repetitions. Push ups require a lot of strength and because a biceps unfortunately is not like a desert flower that pops up over night once there have been two drops of rain we need to water our upper body strength a lot before it starts growing.

I have made this short, it should not take you more than 15 minutes a day.
